FAQ

​​​Booking Appointments

​Call, email or text your inquiry.  469.207.1552 or spa@sublimeunwind.com.  Appointments will be formalized by phone and a credit card reservation.  Please contact the company only for booking and re-booking appointments.


Invoices and Payments

Credit card reservations are required and the preferred method of payment. For large, corporate events, or hotel accounting, we will provide an invoice.  Easy pay by Venmo APP.


Information protection

As an experienced business, we take all precautions with your personal information and credit card information.  It is handled only by the owners and entered into an encrypted bookkeeping program. 


Dispatch

Pre-booked appointments are preferred over last minute requests. We request 1-3 hours to get to an appointment provided a therapist is available and traffic permits.  Immediate dispatch and rush request will incur full cost of service, not a reduced rate, even if the client is a member.


Practitioners

We ensure all practitioners are licensed in their profession and well trained.  Practitioners sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect the privacy and information of our clients which extends beyond their employment with us.  The only exception is inappropriate behavior which will be reported.  See  Scope of Practice.


No Solicitation to Work Independently

Thank you for respecting that we are not a referral service but a full company with liability insurance.


Bad Weather Make-Ups

In the event of terrible weather, storm or tornado conditions, we will coordinate to make arrangements to make up service.


Membership and the VIP Club

Discounts of 10%-30% are available for clients who become a member of our VIP Club depending on the volume of service, location, and time of day. Membership allow clients to save money and receive special offers while the simple terms allow our company to have peace of mind that company terms of service are clearly communicated and understood.


Expectations
​Services are professional, luxurious and therapeutic and not rushed. To receive your full time, please be ready at least 15 minutes before the appointment time with a clear space for a massage table .  If service is in your home or hotel, please eat or shower before the practitioners arrive or it will deduct from appointment time. 






​​​​​​Licensed Massage Service

Angelique will work whenever possible otherwise a select therapist will work.  Practitioners will be well groomed, conservative, professionally dressed in black. We will arrive 10-15 minutes before the appointment with table or chair, linens and music and start at the service time and end at the scheduled time. Please disclose a relevant health history and sign the health waiver.  


Scope of Practice

Licensed massage therapists behave professionally, ethically and uphold laws. We do not perform any adult or sensual services and will immediately discontinue service, charge in full, and discontinue future business.  Inappropriate behavior is not subjective- it is clear with behavior and intention: refusing to be covered, conversation you would not want your employer to hear, etc.  Thank you for respecting our licensed profession.


Cancellation Policies

Cancellations and requests to change time must be paid by PHONE and confirmed with a live person at least 24-hours cancellation/ change of reservation time is required to avoid payment in full.  24-hours notice allows time to book another client. Should we cancel for any reason, we will compensate you with an equivalent service for free.


Late  Starts

As a professional company, we take your time seriously and respect it. We thank our clients for the same courtesy. We will do our very best to provide an excellent therapeutic service in the requested time.  Like any upscale spa, appointments start and end on time unless you choose to pay to extend service and we have the availability.  


Mobile Service

Our administrative address is in the North Dallas Suburbs; we do not see clients at the administrative office.  We provide service at your location only.


Hours and Holidays

Hours of Operation are 9am-9pm everyday excluding some holidays. We may provide service outside of business hours if is it pre-arranged, and will incur additional fees.  ​​
